— Your Rights & Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77game" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 77game.bar, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the 77game website, mobile-optimised browser interface, any associated applications, and all games, services, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform through which you access games, manage your wallet, and interact with 77game services.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your Account, comprising your real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to your Account under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in each offer's terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 77game is required to conduct under its international gaming license, including CNIC verification for Pakistani players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law and from which access to 77game is not permitted.

By registering an Account, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acknowledgment during registration, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the 77game Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 77game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable under our licensing terms.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, nor currently located within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You do not currently have an existing Account on the 77game Platform, whether active, suspended, or closed. Only one Account is permitted per person, household, device, and IP address.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from 77game or had an Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 77game or any of its game providers or affiliate partners.
7. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. 77game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 77game support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. You may be required to change your password and provide additional identity verification as part of the remediation process.

77game reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point during the lifecycle of your Account. KYC documents typically required from Pakistani players include:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent — dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing registered name and number)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC if required for enhanced verification

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframes specified in our verification requests will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts with incomplete KYC after 30 days may be subject to administrative closure.

77game supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, debit card, and cash OTC. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable transaction fees) and may lead to Account suspension. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your 77game Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and verified as belonging to you. 77game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically processed within 30 minutes of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: typically 1–3 business days
• Raast / 1LINK: typically within 2–4 hours during banking hours
• Debit Card: typically 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank

77game reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your Account Wallet section.

77game offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL season promotions, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and reload offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per spin/round during wagering, and expiry dates.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 77game promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• Bonuses will be automatically credited to the Bonus Balance in your Wallet upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions (e.g. minimum deposit, opt-in).
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• 77game reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal amount on winnings generated from bonus play, where stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or collusion with other players — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonus offers are valid only for the duration specified. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account.

77game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith at the time of the change.

All games available on the 77game Platform — including live dealer casino games, RNG slot titles, fishing arcade games (Fierce Fishing, Big Hammer), and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation systems or live outcomes, as applicable. RNG game providers on the 77game Platform hold valid certifications from recognised independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments:

• Bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits displayed for each market at the time of placement.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet stands.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type, as detailed in the 77game Sportsbook Rules documentation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time latency; 77game will not be liable for connectivity issues on the player's side that affect in-play bet placement.
• 77game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session or bet settlement, 77game will attempt to restore the game state from server-side logs. Where restoration is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. 77game's decision on game and bet outcomes based on server-side records is final.

77game is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates under an international gaming license that mandates the provision of player protection tools. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries real financial risk and is not a method of generating income. We strongly advise all players to set personal financial limits before commencing play and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.

The following responsible gaming controls are available to all 77game Account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been actively logged into the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login access and all betting and deposit activity are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion from the Platform for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity during your session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment card details or compromised mobile wallet credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or manipulate any game software, RNG system, odds algorithm, or Platform functionality.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting results, or tournament standings.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or any form of bonus exploitation.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory towards 77game staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 77game Platform, including but not limited to the 77game name and logo, website design, interface layouts, game graphics, text, software, databases, audio, video, icons, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to 77game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licensing rights in any 77game intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 77game regarding the Platform may be used by 77game without restriction and without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77game's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77game Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77game shall not be liable under any circumstances for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Interruptions or delays in Platform access caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond 77game's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications outages, or regulatory intervention)
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not directly related to your Account balance
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77game's liability for death or personal injury caused by 77game's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

77game reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Duplicate Account detection
• Prolonged Account inactivity (no login for more than 12 consecutive months)
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last verified Pakistani payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding withdrawal processing requirements.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting 77game support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome prior to processing the final balance withdrawal.

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or these Terms & Conditions, you should contact 77game support at [email protected] in the first instance. Please provide full details of the dispute, your Account username, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs. 77game will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 77game support, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with 77game's international gaming licensing authority. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77game holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution processes described above.

77game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77game will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will display the effective date of the revision at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12. 77game recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
